Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By downloading or using Peekish (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Peekish lets you scan restaurant menus, translates and organises the dishes using artificial intelligence, recommends what to order, helps you find nearby restaurants, and lets you save and share the dishes you try. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Peekish uses automated text recognition and artificial intelligence to read, translate, categorise, and recommend dishes. This technology is helpful but not perfect.
You use the App's information at your own discretion and risk.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Peekish offers a limited number of free menu scans. To continue beyond the free allowance, you can purchase one of the following through the Apple App Store:

We use reasonable, automated limits to protect the service from abuse.
Content you create — such as saved dishes, notes, and memory cards — is yours and is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud account. You are responsible for the photos you scan and share, and you confirm you have the right to use them. When you share a memory card, you choose where it goes via your device's share options.
The App, its design, branding ("Peekish"), and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or redistribute the App except as allowed by the App Store and applicable law.
The App relies on third-party services (including Google, Apple, Cloudflare, image providers, TelemetryDeck, and Sentry) described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of features powered by them is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including translations, recommendations, prices, or allergen-related content) is accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the App's information — including any allergic reaction, illness, financial loss, or dissatisfaction with a meal. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or limit access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
