Using ReQuest

ReQuest is a personal productivity tool. Use it for your own learning or work, and only record where you're permitted to do so.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add. It stays on your device (and, if you enable it, your own iCloud account) — we don't hold a copy, so you're responsible for keeping it backed up.

AI-generated content

Summaries, flashcards, mindmaps and infographics are generated by an on-device model and may contain mistakes. Check them against your source material before relying on them.

Subscriptions (ReQuest Pro)

ReQuest Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly), billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device's Settings app, under Subscriptions — canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refund is issued for the unused portion.

ReQuest is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
